Creative Arts Therapy
Arts therapy involves using any form of creative expression to help you overcome challenges and transform your life.
While it includes traditional activities like drawing, painting, and model-making, it also encompasses a wide range of other creative outlets.
These can include dance, movement, drama, performance, songwriting, poetry, journaling, knitting, sewing, carving, flower arranging, gardening, cooking, interior design, and many more.
